Focusing on outcomes in supervision will support staff to reflect on outcomes achieved in practice. Supporting individuals to work towards solutions; outcomes based supervision allows supervisors and supervisees to reflect on practice and be outcomes focused. Complaining is welcomed but in a rhythmic way through dance, jokes or singing. Also the goal is helped, if the team wishes with little rhythmic impulses.
