This leads us to focus on sensing, thinking action and try out effective innovative or classical solutions.
Some companies give a clear mandate. For example better communication and feedback culture, conflict management or burnout prophylaxis.
Others can create an offer and others will work with me to create a suitable agenda for their individual needs.
The number of participants varies between 4 and 50 persons.
