supervision english

Supervision is centred on achieving better outcomes for service users and carers• Supervision supports promote and evidence accountable practice• Supervision helps establish clear practice roles and responsibilities• Supervision should build capacity for development and improvement

An outcome focused approach is important that staff reflect on how the service they provide makes a difference to the lives of the people that they support (how it improves their outcomes). Focusing on outcomes in supervision will support staff to reflect on outcomes achieved in practice. Supporting individuals to work towards solutions; outcomes based supervision allows supervisors and supervisees to reflect on practice and be outcomes focused. Complaining is welcomed but in a rhythmic way through dance, jokes or singing. Also the goal is helped, if the team wishes with little rhythmic impulses.

And art-impulses.
