Coaching

Coaching means accompaniment. Good accompaniment means relaxation. Relaxation is the basic neurobiological prerequisite for good thinking. Good thinking promotes the solution of challenges and new or difficult tasks.

Team and Leadership

Positive thinking, enthusiasm and loving are great tools, but life is sometimes “damn” unfair, unpredictable and finite. Requires dealing with the biological, biographical and social facts in a fruitful or meaningful way.

Body and Health

Happiness can be so easy. It lies within us – in our body. Emotions, thinking and the body are mutually dependent. The brain never thinks alone. To get and secure a good contact with our body, there are highly effective techniques.
